Key responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.

Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning to improve productivity.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor, and support department heads and operational teams.

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and innovation.

Work with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning and decision-making.

Prepare reports on operational performance and recommend solutions to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in a senior operational leadership position.

Strong skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational management.

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Sound understanding of business operations, finance, and organizational processes.

Ability to operate effectively under pressure and make high-level decisions.
Preferred qualifications

1–2 years of experience in executive management roles.

Experience in healthcare or hospital administration is an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
