Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning to improve productivity.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead, mentor, and support department heads and operational teams.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and innovation.

  • Work with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Prepare reports on operational performance and recommend solutions to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience in a senior operational leadership position.

  • Strong skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational management.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Sound understanding of business operations, finance, and organizational processes.

  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure and make high-level decisions.

Preferred qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in executive management roles.

  • Experience in healthcare or hospital administration is an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
