The role is focused on driving sales growth and expanding market presence for palm oil products, including CPO, PKO, PKC, and seedlings. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and supporting the implementation of commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve defined revenue and volume targets.

• Develop new customer relationships and expand market reach across local and export channels.

• Manage client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with operations teams.

• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.

• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, commodity trading, or agribusiness.
