Key responsibilities

Manage all onshore drone activities including security operations, AUSEA surveys, and inspection missions.

Coordinate daily flight schedules while adjusting operations based on operational priorities.

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight equipment inspections for all drone platforms.

Supervise and guide the onshore team of Drone Analysts.

Enforce go/no-go operational criteria, including weather conditions, H2S levels, and access restrictions.

Lead daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings for field personnel.

Report near-misses and safety observations through the client’s reporting system.

Oversee data acquisition quality for RGB, IR, LiDAR, and AUSEA survey operations.

Coordinate with the Affiliate Lead regarding scheduling and resource requirements.

Requirements
-
Minimum of 5 years of UAV field operations experience.

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Hands-on experience operating inspection drones in confined spaces and outdoor environments.

Working knowledge of AUSEA methane survey protocols.

Experience working in OML, flow station, or CPF field operations is preferred.

HND or B.Sc. degree in Engineering.
