Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Conversion
-
Identify and generate qualified real estate leads to drive sales.
2. Property Marketing
-
Actively market Bravies Homz properties to prospective clients.
3. Client Follow-up
-
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and site inspections.
4. Sales Closure
-
Close property sales and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
5. Record Keeping
-
Maintain accurate client records and generate regular sales reports.
6. Property Inspections and Marketing Activation
-
Attend property inspections and participate in marketing activations as required.
Skills & Competencies
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND qualification.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in sales.

Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing ability.

Client relationship management expertise.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Professional conduct and trustworthiness.

Proven sales or closing experience, with a focus on results.
