Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational management of the POS channel ecosystem. By developing an Aggregator Management Framework and implementing channel operation strategies, the position seeks to enhance channel efficiency and drive agent activity. A key focus of the role is the standardization of channel management practices, creation of incentive mechanisms for aggregators, and the continuous monitoring of channel execution to ensure effective management of agent networks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel System Development

  • Establish and continuously refine the Aggregator tier system (e.g., star rating system), defining management requirements for each tier.

  • Develop comprehensive channel management guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve the effectiveness of aggregator management.

2. Channel Execution Management

  • Monitor the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) execution of regional management teams (ZM, RM, SC) to ensure the successful implementation of channel strategies.

  • Standardize channel management activities, including:

    • Weekly agent contact protocols

    • Agent transaction monitoring

    • Agent issue reporting and resolution procedures

3. Channel Issue Identification & Optimization

  • Identify operational challenges by engaging directly with agents and aggregators.

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address channel operational issues and enhance overall channel management efficiency.

4. Channel Incentive Design

  • Design and implement aggregator incentive programs based on channel performance, including reward programs and transaction-based incentive policies.

  • Drive increased agent activity and channel motivation through the development of effective incentive mechanisms.

5. Channel Performance Evaluation

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of aggregators.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to SC teams for optimizing channel management strategies, based on aggregator performance and tier classifications.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least two years of experience in internet, payments, or channel operations.

  • Familiarity with channel management models, with hands-on experience in building or optimizing channel systems.

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to detect channel issues through analytical insights.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities.

  • A results-driven, execution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the payments, acquiring, or fintech industries.

  • Previous experience in channel operations or distributor/agent management.

  • Familiarity with POS or offline payment channel models.

  • Experience in the design of channel incentives or frameworks.
