About the Role
Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product across the nation and is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be stationed at designated 3C HUB retail outlets, where you will engage walk-in customers, promote our phone financing solution, and guide them through the onboarding and application process. This position demands strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and a passion for helping customers access mobile devices through flexible payment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Actively approach and engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail locations to promote Flexi Microfinance Bank’s mobile installment financing product.

Clearly explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms to customers in a professional manner.

Assist customers with the onboarding process, submission of applications, and provision of required documentation.

Provide accurate product information, address customer inquiries, and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Collaborate closely with store staff and Flexi MFB operations teams to ensure efficient loan processing and approvals.

Track daily leads, applications, conversions, and other sales metrics as assigned.

Follow up with pending customers to ensure the completion of applications and final approvals.

Ensure compliance with Flexi MFB’s sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.

Represent the Flexi MFB brand professionally and maintain strong customer satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements

Minimum qualification: OND, NCE, or equivalent.

Previous experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking, or telecom product sales is advantageous.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.

Basic understanding of consumer lending and the mobile phone market is preferred but not required.

Proficient in computer use and able to effectively operate smartphones or digital onboarding tools.
