Key responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings to ensure compliance with the client’s approved procedures and applicable standards.

• Produce technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD to support project and discipline handover activities in accordance with the client’s asset information management procedures and standards.

• Draft and convert native client document files into PDF format while incorporating plant change information to produce consolidated as-built drawings.

• Conduct physical asset validation activities required during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover processes.

• Prepare accurate and timely reports for assigned technical tasks.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or line head.

Requirements

• Previous experience using AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of engineering data and document metadata management for engineering drawings.

• Experience with as-built assurance and physical asset verification processes.

• Understanding of process and system interdependencies within an engineering or project environment.

• Familiarity with cross-discipline engineering data requirements and the business data model of engineering.

• Experience working with Engineering Data Warehouse (EDW) systems is desirable.

• Proficiency in project reporting tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Access, and Excel.

• Experience using Pacer-D and Assai is desirable, along with knowledge of concurrent engineering document management systems.

• Graduate degree in engineering is desirable.
