Responsibilities

Design and implementation

• Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade web architectures that support complex commerce workflows, offer management, and integrated marketing capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, integrate systems, and enhance platforms.

• Lead the solution design for multiple platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Develop and maintain supporting technical documentation, including Technical Requirements, diagrams, and test plans.

Development support

• Provide hands-on development support, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code as part of daily responsibilities.

• Conduct architectural reviews and establish best practices for development teams.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, recommending solutions that align with business objectives.

• Coordinate with development teams to ensure the implementation of best practices in line with the overall architectural vision.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, focusing on web and mobile platform technologies.

• Hands-on full-stack development experience in one or more modern web or mobile stacks.

• Proven ability to design secure, scalable web solutions with CMS and marketing requirements.

• Experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect in Enterprise Architecture.

• In-depth understanding of content management systems, marketing automation, and personalization workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience in the hospitality industry or with global consumer brands.

• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, CRS, loyalty platforms) and guest-facing technologies.

• Knowledge of Adobe marketing tech stack, specifically Adobe Experience Manager, Target, and Adobe Client Data Layer.

• Experience with cloud-native architecture, particularly in AWS.
