Job overview
Beacon Power Services is looking for an Associate – Product Operations who is both client-facing and operationally driven. The role involves supporting the deployment and adoption of our products by ensuring clients derive maximum value from our solutions. As a trusted operational partner to clients, you will help with effective platform usage, onboarding, and resolving operational concerns.
In this role, you will act as the liaison between Product, Operations, and Commercial teams, translating client feedback into actionable insights for continuous improvement. You will help ensure smooth platform adoption and build strong relationships with clients during early deployment and full product adoption phases.

Key responsibilities
Client onboarding & platform enablement

Support the onboarding process, coordinating setup, identifying key stakeholders, and providing structured training for clients.

Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of onboarding plans with client timelines and expectations.

Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and onboarding documentation.
Client support & operational coordination

Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients using the platform.

Provide back-office support for operational and platform-related issues.

Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure timely follow-up.
Product feedback & operational improvement

Gather, structure, and analyze client feedback and operational insights to enhance platform usage.

Collaborate with Product teams to relay user needs and opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to developing and documenting operational procedures, SOPs, and workflows to ensure consistent service delivery.
What we’re looking for
Professional & technical strengths

Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar role.

Solid understanding of the product development process, including user feedback loops, requirements gathering, and iterative product development.

Experience with product management and collaboration tools like JIRA or similar platforms.

Ability to structure and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data to derive actionable insights.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
