Job overview
White Soul Group is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s human resource operations. The role is responsible for supervising key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with applicable labour regulations.
The successful candidate will contribute to building an effective workforce while supporting leadership in achieving the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Key responsibilities

Develop and implement human resource strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, candidate interviews, and employee onboarding.

Oversee employee relations by addressing disciplinary matters, resolving workplace grievances, and managing conflict resolution processes.

Coordinate performance management programs and support staff development initiatives.

Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal company policies.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR activities.

Supervise HR and administrative personnel to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Provide advisory support to management on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR-related matters.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 7–10 years of human resource experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, Nigerian labour laws, and human resource policy implementation.

Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or an equivalent credential is required.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Experience within operations, logistics, or related industries will be considered an advantage.
